The 4-Season Package is the best choice for any structure intended to be lived in. This package is also great for any type of insulated workspace or insulated storage. Whether you live in a desert or the arctic, a 4-Season Package insulated building can provide year-round comfort. The 4-Season Package includes an insulated floor (if floor system is included), insulated walls and roof as well as upgraded insulated thermal pane doors and windows (as applicable, see floor plan for details). 4-Season Packages include interior sheathing as well. Our Pre-Cut Kits ship nationwide and contain everything you need to build one of our fabulous designs. Jamaica Cottage Shop has solved all the headaches of finding the correct angles and the aggravation of starting from scratch. The kit is well laid out. The detailed step-by-step format of the plans, complimented by the color coded cut list and exploded view, make assembly of this kit a fun and satisfying project. The organization, plans and thought that have gone into the preparation of our cottage kits will result in a quality finished product. Basic carpentry hand tools will be needed with our precut lumber packages. Our tech support staff is incredibly helpful.
