Built From Frustration, For Clarity

Hi, I'm Micah Brewer. When I explored building a Modular house in the Rangley Maine area, I hit a wall of scattered, unreliable, and often contradictory information. It felt impossible to get a straight answer.

As an engineer who has spent a decade building AI systems that delivered over $2M in verified business impact, I knew this was a data problem that could be solved. I founded Reglaterra to apply that same expertise to housing. My goal is to replace ambiguity with certainty for homeowners like us.

What You Can Do Today

Reglaterra is a powerful, focused tool for your initial housing research. Our platform provides a centralized, searchable database of prefabricated and modular homes that service New England. You can:

  • Search and Filter a growing database of home models from a wide range of manufacturers.
  • Compare Up to 4 Models side by side with pricing, square footage, and bedrooms.
  • View Detailed Pages for individual models and learn more about the companies that build them.
  • Estimate Total Project Costs with our Cost Estimator, including site prep, delivery, and completion.
  • Check Zoning Compatibility using our Interactive Zoning Map covering municipalities across Southern Maine.

Our Vision: Beyond the Listing

Unlike generic directories, our goal is to become your pre-construction intelligence partner. We're building a proprietary AI engine to structure the complex data of local zoning and regulations.

"What can I actually build on my specific property, for what cost?"

— The question we're building to answer

Your Top Questions, Answered

What is a realistic total cost for an ADU?

While model prices vary, a turnkey ADU project in Maine often falls between $150,000 and $400,000+. Our tools are designed to help you understand the initial model costs, which are a major component of this total.

How does Reglaterra help me with regulations?

Our Interactive Zoning Map uses V-STARA, our zoning intelligence engine with 90%+ accuracy, covering municipalities across Southern Maine. It helps you understand what you can build on your specific property. We also provide regulatory guides covering Maine's ADU-friendly legislation, including our LD 1829 quick reference for the new density reform law (effective July 2026). For permit questions, check with manufacturers about their experience in your town.
