About Huntington Homes

Huntington Homes builds modular homes from their 100,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in East Montpelier, Vermont. Founded in 1978 as a family-owned company, they have built thousands of homes for clients throughout New England and Northern New York. The company offers both their TruHome catalog line and custom modular designs, combining the efficiency of factory construction with the flexibility of site-built customization. Every Huntington home is built indoors under controlled conditions, protecting materials from weather exposure and enabling year-round construction schedules. Their TruHome line is designed as a "tight envelope" for high energy efficiency and solar readiness, offering a higher quality home at a lower cost through standardized design.
