About This Model
The Mighty Small Homes Cottage kit includes exterior walls, roof panels, ridge beam, house wrap, roofing felt (underlayment), plate lumber, and wiring chases (160-240 ft depending on size). Interior includes $500 of custom floor plan design and 27-60 lineal feet of interior walls. Assembly tools like SIPs caulk, SIPs foam, screws for connecting SIPs, Engineered Stamped Drawings, and a Hot Foam Scoop are also included.
