This supporting product is only necessary if you are required to permit your Studio Shed. Includes: site, architectural, energy, structural, and electrical plans compliant with local codes for wind, snow, seismic, and soil. Exclusions include, but are not limited to: Applications, Submittal, Fees, Deferred Submittals (i.e. sprinklers/solar), or work out of Studio Shed scope. Because every site is different, other than for our pre-configured selections, Studio Shed does not directly quote the cost of foundations or pour concrete. Our ProAssembly network will take delivery of your Studio Home Carriage House and assemble the complete structure including garage and living space. Windows are pre-installed into the panels. Interior package is also installed by our assembly team. Assemblers also typically quote site work and other adds like foundation/step/deck. I had the best experience with Studio Shed.
