About Acorn Deck House

Acorn Deck House is one of America's longest-running prefab home companies, with roots stretching back to the original Deck House brand founded in 1959. Based in Acton, Massachusetts, the company specializes in contemporary post-and-beam homes featuring signature floor-to-ceiling glass, open floor plans, and exposed timber framing that blurs the boundary between indoor and outdoor living. Their homes are precision-engineered and panelized at the factory for rapid on-site assembly, reducing construction timelines and waste. Each design emphasizes passive solar orientation, natural ventilation, and durable materials that minimize long-term maintenance. Acorn Deck House serves clients throughout New England and the eastern United States, offering both catalog models and fully custom designs.
