Ecocor is a certified Passive House builder based in Searsmont, Maine, specializing in ultra-energy-efficient panelized homes that meet or exceed the rigorous Passive House standard. Founded in 2010 by Christian Corson, the company delivers homes that consume significantly less heating energy than conventional construction. Each Ecocor home features a continuous thermal envelope with high-performance wall and roof assemblies, triple-pane European windows, and heat recovery ventilation — all precision-manufactured in their Maine facility. The Solsken by Ecocor product line, developed in collaboration with Passive House-certified architect Richard Pedranti, offers catalog designs that make Passive House performance accessible at competitive price points. Ecocor serves clients throughout New England.
