About This Model
The Clover model is presented with two 'Enclosure Package Options': Ecocor Optima Shell and Ecocor Passiv Shell. The base costs are subject to change. The Optima Shell includes the Ecocor foundation system, Zehnder Ventilation system (installation by others), and roof structure prepared for standing seam metal roofing. The Passiv Shell includes similar foundational elements. Both exclude land, site work, well, septic, and utilities. Engineering fees are on a time and materials basis after an allowance provided in base costs for the Shell. Actual price may vary based on project location.
