Croft’s S: Traditional template accommodates full-time living in a super efficient footprint, without compromise. A full-sized kitchen and powder room downstairs allow for generous hosting amenities, while the primary suite upstairs serves as a private haven year-round. The second floor upstairs is free to be expanded into the double-height space to accommodate an additional small bedroom or expansive home office if desired.
