About GO Logic

GO Logic designs and builds high-performance prefabricated Passive Houses from their facility in Belfast, Maine. Co-founded by architect Alan Gibson and Matt O'Malia, the company was among the first dozen Passive House-certified builders in the United States, delivering homes that achieve exceptional energy efficiency without sacrificing architectural beauty. GO Logic's homes are prefabricated in a climate-controlled factory environment, with panelized shell packages available for builders throughout the Northeast. Their designs feature clean, contemporary lines with generous glazing oriented for passive solar gain, paired with super-insulated wall assemblies and energy recovery ventilation. The company serves clients throughout New England, offering both standard catalog models and custom designs.
